Student Wellbeing Workshop

DEVELOPING MINDFULNESS

Every Tuesday from 23 January  5 – 6pm  Nuffield Building

This a rolling programme that can be joined at any time. The course will provide the opportunity to practice mindfulness alongside other students and share the experience. We meet together for an hour to do some gentle exercises. You will be asked to do a daily five-minute practice of mindfulness of the breath and you will be encouraged to develop your awareness of the theme of each session in your own time during the following week.
