To enrol for this workshop you need to be registered with a Portsmouth GP.
This workshop is designed to take some of the fear out of panic attacks. By understanding what panic attacks are and why we have them, we can start to understand how to cope with them better. Participants will learn the science of panic attacks, why it is they keep on happening and what can be done to help. The workshop aims to teach how to take the power out of panic and to help you to regain control of your life.
