It is essential that you first attend the Introduction to CBT workshop before enrolling on to this course. This is so that you can make an informed decision about making the commitment to attend the full course. This is a skills-based course using well proven educational CBT techniques designed to help students understand and manage the impact of stress more effectively. It will focus on work/ life balance, time management, communication skills, assertiveness, negative thinking, problem solving and relaxation.
