Capoeira is an Afro-Brazilian martial art; the perfect exercise which combines strength, flexibility, aerobic fitness and power. No pre-training is needed as the classes are designed to get your fitness levels up. You will find that after a few weeks of training capoeira, you will start to notice improvements in your stamina, muscles and flexibility. Please just wear suitable workout attire or comfortable clothes to train in and water for hydration.
